S-M series Pic2 30

S-M serie description Pic 30

Characteristics:

1. Modular insert with 16A contacts, crimp type

2. Modular insert with 40A contacts, crimp type

3. Modular insert with 10A contacts, crimp type

4. Modular inserts for crimp contacts in thermoplastic material, UL
94-V0 approved, with temperatures limits -40°C to +125°C.

5. Inserts with asymmetric guide rails to prevent incorrect
    coupling.

6. Position of contacts identified by numbers in front and on rear
    side of each insert.

7. Male/female module carrier frames in die-cast zinc alloy with
ground contacts with captive screws, vibration and shock
    resistant.

8. Asymmetric earth contacts (two for frame) to prevent incorrect
coupling. When two or more identical connectors of this series
are installed in the same equipment, the use of code pins
    prevent incorrect coupling.

9. Captive frame fastening screws, with elastic washer.

Warning:

The module support frames are marked:

- With upper-case letters A-B, A-C, A-D and A-F
- With lower-case letters a-b, a-c, a-d and a-f

Positioning the modules in the frames according to the respective letters ensures the specular assembly of modules, for a correct coupling of the hood to the housing.
