IntelliSense® Kits

The Basic Kit contains IntelliSense® Sensor Interface Module, IntelliSense Sensors and IntelliSense Fittings. The Starter Kit adds a Class 2 power supply and cables for your first installation. The Data Starter Kits add an IntelliSense® Data Gateway to the Starter Kit for enhanced data logging and remote monitoring capabilities.

IntelliSense® Pressure/Temperature Sensor

The IntelliSense® Pressure and Temperature sensor is a smart sensor that uses proprietary communication protocols to connect to an IntelliSense® SIM. Providing pressure readings every millisecond and temperature readings every second, the sensor can detect changes in performance as they happen.

24V Power Supply

The 24V Power supply used with the IntelliSense® Sensor Interface Module is Class 2 Certified for safety. This DIN rail mountable power supply is compact and easy to install in a control cabinet near the SIM. Directly connect to a single SIM using the IntelliSense® I/O cable or up to 20 SIMs using the IntelliSense® Junction Block.

The IntelliSense® Data Gateway provides you with actionable insights into the health of you machinery over the internet. With 100+ GB of data storage available the gateway makes it easy to look at the historical performance of a cylinder. The IntelliSense is easy to mount in a cabinet using the included IntelliSense® Data Gateway Bracket.
