NAMUR Valves A1 Series
A.P.I. present a new full range of aluminum spool valves, electrically operated, with static seals, high flow, for mounting on NAMUR interface.
All the valves of this series are available in size 1/4” G with function 3/2 and 5/2 both solenoid/spring and solenoid/solenoid.
The series consist of standard valves, with coil and connector to order separately and on request available in accordance to ATEX 2014/34/UE in classification II 2Gc IIB T5 / II 2Dc T100°C, and of valves supplied with special coils, directly supplied in accordance to ATEX 2014/34/EU in various classifications: Non-sparking coil Ex nA, Intrinsic Safety Ex ia, Encapsulated Coil Ex dm, Flameproof Coil Ex db andEncapsulated Coil Ex mb.
These features makes these valves suitable for direct mounting on aluminum rotary actuators with NAMUR interface, and more in general for applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, and in the Oil&Gas and mining industry.
In particular all the solenoid valves supplied in accordance to the ATEX directive are suitable for the use in dangerous environments and in potentially explosives atmospheres.
Standard Valves A1 Series
A.P.I. offer its wide range of distributors and electro-distributors Series A1.
In addition to an attractive and cutting-edge desing - thanks to the coupling of parts coming from mechanical processing with others made of thermoplastic material - this series is characterized to be the result of a careful design that guarantees both a flow capability higher than the average of traditional pneumatic valves, and a better flexibility and optimization of production.
These valves, solenoid/sping and solenoid/solenoid, with functions 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3, are available 1/8”, 1/4” and 1/2” sizes for all the pneumatically operated and the electrically operated versions, while for the manually and the mechanically operated versions are available 1/8” and 1/4” sizes.
These pneumatic components are suitable both in-line and mounted on collectors or on multi-position bases, as well as in applications that need Namur interface, and on request are available according to ATEX 2014/34/EU Directive in various classifications.
The valves of the Series A1 are suitable in the most varied and common applications of the industrial automations.
AISI 316L Stainless Steel Valves Series
A.P.I. presents its new Stainless Steel spool valves Series AX1.
The body and the end caps of these valves are manufactured in AISI 316L Stainless Steel, the spool in hard anodized aluminium, the distancers in Fortron 114L4 polymer, while the seals are in hydrogene nitrile butadine rubber (HNBR).
On request all the elements of the valve are available in AISI 316L Stainless Steel (AXX) with FKM seals.
All the valves Series AX1 are manufactured in accordance with ATEX 2014/34/EU Directive, in 5 different classifications (including intrinsic safety Ex ia, encapsulated coil Ex dm, and encapsulated flameproof coil Ex db) and therefore can operate in potentially explosive environments.
These features make those pneumatic components good for applications in the Food&Beverage, in the chemical pharmaceutical and medical sectors, but particulary suitable for Oil&Gas and Mining industry.
The series consists of electrically or pneumatically operated valves, monostable or bistable, with port connections 1/4" G and 1/4" NPT, available with functions 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3, Namur interface and/or in-line port, external air pilot or with pneumatic pilot.
On demand, the spool valves Series AX1 can operate at pressures up to 12bar (~175psi), extreme temperatures between -25°C (-13°F) and +150°C (+302°F), in chemical and corrosive environments, guaranteeing excellent performance even in indoor or outdoor use, and are mountable in any position.
