Double Acting Cable Cylinders
Tolomatic double acting rodless cable cylinders are versatile space savers and are available in 9 different bore sizes. In strokes over 287in., they offer cost saving advantages over conventional rod cylinders without experiencing rod buckle.
• Bore sizes in 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4 and 5 inches
• Strokes up to 7308 mm (287 in). Using couplers stroke lengths of 18 m (720 in) are possible
• Adjustable cushions are standard on 1.5 - 5 inch bore sizes
• Fixed-orifice cushions standard on 0.75 and 1 inch bore sizes
• Optional automatic cable tensioners with one or two inch stroke units
• Optional Viton® seals for optimal performance and longer life
Double Purchase Pulley Cable Cylinders
Tolomatic double purchase cable cylinders double the velocity and stroke capacity of double acting cable cylinders without increasing space requirements. They can be placed away from hostile environments for added application flexibility.
• Bore sizes in 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, and 4 inches
• Double velocity and stroke of double acting models
• Strokes up to 120 feet
• Adjustable cushions are standard on 1.5 - 4 inch bore sizes

Single Acting Cable Cylinders
Tolomatic single acting rodless cable cylinders are used when a double acting cylinder is not necessary in vertical applications. They offer a cost savings advantage and are ideal for vertical lifting applications. Single acting cable cylinders may be positioned horizontally and still achieve a vertical movement. They are available in 8 different bore sizes.
• Bore sizes in 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, and 4 inches
• Cost savings over double acting models
• Strokes up to 60 feet
• Adjustable cushions are standard on 1.5 - 4 inch bore sizes

Track Cable Cylinders
Tolomatic track cable cylinders provide a pre-packaged, pre-engineered guide and support system for greater bearing surface and larger load capacities. Track cable cylinders are available with optional auto tensioners and caliper disc brake combinations.
