FS-A Series

The FS-A Series Proximity Switch (Metric Threads) is the most compact Series in the Euroswitch range. Utilising proven magnetic technology enables them to sense ferrous material, such as carbon steel at up to 2.5mm. Available with volt free SPCO/SPDT or DPCO/DPDT contact forms.

The FS-A Series is available either hardwired or with one of three wireable options (W, WL, WLR) which utilises our pioneering integrated junction box/connection head design. Euroswitch wireable proximity switches alleviate add on components and allow installation where space is at a premium.

The FS-A Series is covered by the following hazardous area certifications.
Explosion Proof: Zone 1, IECEx & ATEX Exd (Zone 1 & Zone 21) ¦ UL/CSA (Class I, Div1)
Intrinsically Safe: Zone 0, IECEx & ATEX Exia (Zone 0 & Zone 20) ¦ UL/CSA (Zone 0)
Other Regional Approvals Include: TRCU, INMETRO & KOSHA

Suitable for use in the design of safety functions up to SIL2 or SIL3.
